Overview
A La Grenze I Pelpass co-production VioleTT Pi (CA) - Mythologie de la dérape Four bodies colliding on European stages, a grand carnival accompanied by the voice of the clown bowing before the skid; four madnesses taking shape slowly; a great travelling circus unfolding its prayers within the restricted space of summer nights.
VioleTT drags his mythology around, bringing his faithful troupe of mountebanks with him, and presents this show in a subversion of all codes and all senses.
Within the infinite mathematical madness, the circus will stop here and there, from city to city, laying new foundations for sanity itself. What remains stable to build one's mythology on when everything is collapsing all around, what remains solid at the twilight of the clown?
The question is thrown open. com/ Vincent Khouni (CA) - Psych Pop Frontman of the Montreal garage rock band Double Date with Death (DDWD), Vincent Khouni has set sail solo, like a message cast upon the waves, to explore a more intimate universe.
With multi-instrumentalist Emmanuel Alias (ALIAS) on drums and production, he composes music situated somewhere between the analogue warmth of the late 1960s and contemporary experimentation.
His music navigates between alternative pop and ambient electro, tinged with post-rock touches. Electronic rhythms blend with dreamy synths and textured guitars. A part-time visual artist (collage, painting), Khouni loves playing with images, words and their resonances.
Equally at ease in French and English, Khouni constantly enriches his sonic palette, crafting songs where texture and atmosphere matter just as much as melody. com/ For fans of: Flavien Berger, James Blake, Bon Iver
