Volo

The duo Volo presents its songs, with their finely crafted lyrics and acoustic melodies, at a concert at Espace Musical Le Sax.

Formed by two brothers, the group Volo belongs to the tradition of lyric-led French chanson, alongside artists such as Les Innocents or Thomas Fersen. Since their debut in the mid-2000s with albums such as Bien Zarbos or Sans interdiction, they have cultivated a direct style, tinged with humour and tenderness, which addresses everyday life, family relationships and the foibles of society with apparent simplicity.

On stage, the duo generally performs in an acoustic configuration, armed with guitars and complicit voices. Their concerts favour closeness with the audience, alternating lively songs with more intimate moments. This evening is aimed at lovers of carefully crafted lyrics and acoustic French chanson, keen to discover or rediscover melodies carried by a solid fraternal complicity.
