Overview
For nearly three decades now, Zebrahead has established itself as an essential pillar of the international punk rock scene. Hailing from southern California, the band has built its reputation on boundless energy, a keen sense of melody and an unapologetic creative freedom.
Independent for almost ten years, its members cultivate a DIY spirit that comes through on record as much as on stage, delivering an explosive, unifying show every night.
Zebrahead today consists of Ali Tabatabaee (vocals/rap), Adrian Estrella (vocals/guitar), Ben Osmundson (bass), Dan Palmer (guitar) and Ed Udhus (drums): a tight-knit collective united by passion and the desire to keep pushing the boundaries of its art.
With over two million albums sold, a Grammy Awards nomination and hundreds of sold-out shows across the globe, the band has never let up.
Since the release of their first EP, Yellow, in 1998, Zebrahead has gone on to score successful albums (from Waste of Mind to Playmate of the Year, MFZB, Broadcast to the World and Brain Invaders), notable collaborations and memorable performances at the biggest festivals: Reading & Leeds, Wacken, Download, Rock Am Ring, Summersonic, Groezrock, Slam Dunk, and many more.
Always in search of novelty, the band is preparing a new series of tracks that promise, in the members' own words, "a sonic explosion of high-voltage anthems and irresistible choruses".
This fresh creative momentum comes with a world tour, a unique opportunity to celebrate with the wider Zebrahead family, wherever you are on the planet.
True to its DNA, Zebrahead continues to break the mould and write a new chapter of its story, carried by an international community of passionate fans. Catch the band on two French dates, 20 and 21 November, in Paris (La Maroquinerie) and Lyon (La Rayonneà)!
