Overview
From 17 December 2025 to 10 January 2027, the Musée des Arts et Métiers hosts the metallic horse Zeus on its forecourt, a monumental work that made a strong impression during the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
After crossing the Seine on a trimaran during the Olympic Games opening ceremony and journeying through iconic locations such as Versailles, Mont Saint-Michel, and Mucem, Zeus now takes up residence on the forecourt of the MuAM, accessible to all until January 2027. Under the impetus of director Thomas Jolly, conceived and realised by Atelier blam, Zeus is much more than a sculpture: it is a manifesto of French excellence, a symbol of technical mastery and mechanical poetry. Let yourself be amazed by this artistic feat, which has become a symbol of beauty, ingenuity, and innovation.
