Overview
Blending pop, soul and a sixties aesthetic, Zinadelphia's bewitching universe lands at Les Étoiles on 17 November.
Zinadelphia sees her life as one giant work of art. Inspired as much by vintage soul as by cinema, she creates intense, cinematic music that mixes emotion, rich orchestration and a retro aesthetic. Her whole universe, from clothing and visuals to merch, is conceived by her under a "more is more" philosophy.
Her new EP, The Boutique, takes its inspiration from Biba, a cult London boutique of the 1960s that blended fashion, art and lifestyle. The EP represents a more mature, sensual and elegant side of her music, with tracks that speak of love, desire, fear and ambition. After building her project alone in Philadelphia, Zina gradually found her true DNA somewhere between retro soul and modern pop. Today, she is pushing her universe even further with immersive events inspired by the sixties, her goal being to create a genuine lifestyle brand beyond music.
