Bantu Continua Uhuru Consciousness (BCUC) is a six-to-seven-member band from Soweto, South Africa. Their music is described as 'African psychedelic future pop'.
Formed in 2003, they sing in all 11 official languages of South Africa. The band consists of Nkosi 'Jovi' Zithulele, Kgomotso Mokone, Thabo 'Cheex' Mangle, Mritho Luja, Lehlohonolo 'Hloni' Maphunye, and Skhumbuzo Mahlangu, with Mosebetsi Ntsimande from the band Uju as their featured bassist.
