About — The artist
Dominique A, stage name of Dominique Ané, born on October 6, 1968, in Provins, Seine-et-Marne, is a French singer-songwriter.
After a self-produced debut LP, he released eight albums: La Fossette (1992), Si je connais Harry (1993), La Mémoire neuve (1995), Remué (1999), Auguri (2001), Tout sera comme avant (2004), L'Horizon (2006), and La Musique (2009).
His ninth album, Vers les lueurs (2012), earned him the Victoire de l'artiste interprète masculin (Male Performer of the Year award) in 2013.
He subsequently released four more opuses: Éléor (2015), Toute latitude and La Fragilité (2018), and finally Vie étrange (2020).
