About — The artist

Les Tambours du Bronx is a French industrial music group, originating from Varennes-Vauzelles, in the Nièvre region. Their concerts follow a scenography based on the rhythm of percussion. Their music was (between 1987 and 2018) a blend of industrial music, afrobeat, rock, techno, and world music, which became largely metal with the intervention of singers and musicians starting with their album WOMP. The group is composed of 13 musicians playing barrels, complemented by a synthesiser and samples, accompanied, since 2018, by a drum kit (CORROS version) or by 11 musicians playing barrels accompanied by a synthesiser, a drum kit, two guitars, a bass, and 1 to 3 singers (WOMP version).
