About — The artist
Marie-Thérèse Porchet, born Bertholet, is a character created in 1993 by Swiss authors Pierre Naftule and Pascal Bernheim, and performed by comedian and humorist Joseph Gorgoni. After a first appearance in a sketch for the Geneva Revue, she became the star of her own solo shows.
