Vianney

Vianney Bureau, known by the mononym Vianney, born on February 13, 1991 in Pau (Pyrénées-Atlantiques), is a French singer-songwriter, lyricist, and actor.

He gained fame in late 2014 with his debut album, Idées blanches, led by the song Pas là. The album was certified gold ten months later. This successful start earned Vianney the Victory for Best Male Performing Artist at the Victoires de la musique in 2016.

In late 2016, he released his second album, Vianney, certified platinum within two months. The album includes the breakup ballad Je m'en vais—which received the Victory for Best Original Song in February 2017, just weeks before being certified diamond—and Moi aimer toi.

In 2020, his third album, N'attendons pas, was noted for the hit Beau-papa. After a fourth album, À 2 à 3, released in 2023, Vianney won a second Victory for Best Male Performing Artist, this time tied with Gazo.

In film, he appears alongside Fanny Ardant in Ma mère est folle directed by Diane Kurys (2018), and plays a small role in Classico directed by Nathanaël Guedj and Adrien Piquet-Gauthier (2022).
