About — The venue
L'Astral was the name given from 1974 to 2013 to the panoramic revolving restaurant located at the top of the Loews Le Concorde Hotel in Quebec City. In 2014, it was taken over by Groupe Restos Plaisirs and became Ciel! Bistro-Bar.
