Her style, at once organic, abundant, and generous, unfolds at the borders of jazz, pop, and electronic music, guided by a curiosity for sounds and cultures from around the world. The musician now presents Atlantis, her 8th album.
In it, the composer explores her relationship with the ocean, inspired by the legend of Atlantis – a mythical island swallowed by the wrath of Zeus – but also by her experience of scuba diving and the stories of solo sailors.
Electronics, keyboards, rhythms, wind instruments, and voices follow warm and powerful currents.
