Ben L'Oncle Soul - Tournée

Presented by Caramba Culture Live. Ben l'Oncle Soul returns to the forefront of the stage with an intense and resolutely modern new artistic chapter.

Revealed in 2010 with a luminous and instantly recognisable soul sound, the Tours-born artist has established himself as one of the leading voices of the French soul and funk scene, going on to tour extensively, collaborate with prestigious names and take on ambitious projects, from the Zénith in Paris to reinterpretations inspired by Sinatra.

Over the years, Ben l'Oncle Soul has widened his musical universe, exploring new textures between soul, reggae, funk and contemporary influences.

With his label Enchanté, created to take back control of his artistic direction, he asserts a creative independence that marks a decisive turning point in his career.

This freedom has fuelled a series of acclaimed projects, including Red Mango (2022), with its Jamaican accents, and Is It You? (2023), conceived in a live dynamic, as close as possible to the energy of the stage.

Today, the artist continues this evolution with his new album Sad Generation, the fruit of a collaborative production process with multi-instrumentalists. On it he develops a rawer sound, centred on groove, beatmaking and an ever more personal songwriting.

This new chapter confirms an artist fully in command of his craft, capable of reinventing himself without losing the soul essence that is his signature. Ben l'Oncle Soul comes to La Luciole for an evening given over to modern soul, groove and live emotion.

An unmissable date for fans of soul, funk and intimate yet powerful concerts.
