About — The artist
Benjamin Duterde, known as Ben l'Oncle Soul at the beginning of his career, then Ben from 2020, born on November 10, 1984, in Tours (Indre-et-Loire), is a French R'n'B singer.
His first album, Ben l'Oncle Soul (2010), featuring the hit Soulman, was certified triple platinum in thirteen months. This success earned him the Victoire de la révélation scène (Revelation Stage Award) at the Victoires de la musique 2011, as well as the Globe de Cristal for Male Performer in the same year.
His latest album to date, Sad Generation, is set for release in March 2025.
