Overview
OTIMANI - Organic musicality and raw poetry!
A Franco-Brazilian musical project led by Elaine Lopes and Anne-Sophie Cabrillat. With a single voice, in harmony, two musicians and their compositions. A musical and poetic narrative of everyday life with Brazilian colours.
Saravah is a duo bringing together Elaine Lopes and Anne-Sophie Cabrillat around their cultural and musical identity. Created in September 2018, the duo demonstrates freshness, poetry, femininity, humour, and vocal and musical excellence.
Through original compositions and arrangements, the two musicians invite the audience on round trips between Paris and Rio, full of romanticism, passion and nonchalance, but also samba!
12 compositions emerged in 2023 with a strong artistic direction: sensitive and feminine lyrics, vivid language rooted in the poetry of everyday life, a marriage of French and Portuguese, warm and soaring vocal arrangements, traditional Brazilian rhythms combined with rich harmonies and a brilliant piano sound.
