Overview
French song
Sunday Concert Who said opera singers lack self-deprecation? Here, two slightly zany divas invite us to an open-heart therapy session, to laugh together at the false clichés and real anxieties that fill their daily lives.
Divas sur le Divan offers popular arias from Carmen, West Side Story, Gounod, Mozart, and also features some discoveries of lesser-known melodies and arias by Offenbach, Saint-Saëns, Kurt Weill, and contemporary composer Isabelle Aboulker.
Through various scenes, you will explore a wide range of feelings and situations.
You are invited from the stage to backstage to enjoy the coquetry of our divas, laugh at their various mishaps, support them in their outlandish auditions and singing lessons, follow the news of their diverse love lives, and delve into the poetry of the human voice.
