Overview
Alone or single, as a couple or with friends, come and discover a tropical Caribbean couple's dance from Haiti right in the heart of Paris.
Nelly practices modern jazz, classical dance and also afro dances. She decided, on her own and thus as a beginner, to come and learn the konpa or compas. Compas or konpa is an enchanting music from Haiti. This music captures your heart and your guts.
As a result, it makes you move and makes you happy. This konpa dance, both sensual and technical, has rules and can be learned. EVERY TUESDAY, we offer beginner konpa classes in a Haitian restaurant in Paris.
The programme breaks down as follows: eating Haitian food, learning konpa and dancing at a party following the class.
