Cours de pâtisserie en petit groupe de Paris Croissants avec un chef

It all starts with a hot cup of tea or coffee before diving straight into making your very own Croissant au Beurre, Pain au Chocolat (or chocolate croissant) and Pain au Raisin! Small groups of 8 people allow the chef to closely supervise the learning of new skills and knowledge.

First, discover the equipment, ingredients and theory behind croissant making. You will make it from scratch using quality ingredients that we have selected from our local producers.

Then, kneading the dough is where it all begins. You will supply the final ingredient with the rolling pin as you roll out the finished dough from which you will shape your very own pastries! Time will do the rest while they rest and bake.

Everything ends on a high note with the tasting of what you have cooked and the always informative chat about your trip to Paris. As chefs, we are very happy to give you our culinary tips, recommendations and opinions and also to learn from you. Don't forget to take the leftovers with you!
