Dans nos Bras

Step right up! Two circus performers and dancers, along with a musician, invite you into their cartoonish world at child's eye level.

They chain together acts performed right in front of the audience, moving from danced acrobatic lifts to comic surprises, to a sound creation with an electronic inspiration. Heading the company, Maroussia Diaz Verbèke and Élodie Royer form a sympatico duo.

One is a circographer* and rope acrobat, while the other works as a collaborator on radio programme creation at France Inter. After international tours of Fiq! and 23 fragments de ces jours, they are creating their first show for very young children.

How do you address them from early childhood? By questioning the codes of this discipline, from entrances to applause, they give pride of place to bodies in motion to amaze little ones and grown-ups alike. *Circography refers to the specific writing and staging of a circus show.
