Dialogue Jazz : Nicolas Attié - Nicolas Pauquet

For this second evening of the Clichoise Creation Week, the Théâtre Rutebeuf honors two musicians who teach at the Conservatoire Léo Delibes while developing recognized careers on today's jazz stages.

The evening opens with guitarist Nicolas Attié, whose trio offers sensitive and warm jazz where writing constantly dialogues with improvisation. Living music, carried by the listening and complicity of the musicians.

In the second half, bassist-composer Antonin Pauquet presents Brumes, a project praised by critics and distinguished as Jazz Magazine Revelation.

At the crossroads of contemporary jazz and French traditional music, this singular quintet brings waltzes, bourrées and improvisations together in a sound universe as bold as it is captivating.

This evening offers the opportunity to discover another facet of two artists who participate daily in the life of the conservatory while making their music shine far beyond Clichy. A musical dialogue between transmission, creation and freedom to invent.
