Overview
Compagnie Les 11% based on Jack London, with Hugo Schnitzler, Charly Paillet and Armelle Dufau
After saving a wealthy young man from a brawl, Martin, a sailor of modest origins, is inducted into the American aristocracy. There he meets Rose Morth, a young English teacher, with whom he falls hopelessly in love. Determined to make himself worthy of her, Martin embarks on a frantic quest to rise socially and become a writer. From Martin to Eden is a love letter to those who still dare to dream. Who still search for the breach through which beauty can be born. Not to let despair drown us, but to surge over the world like an endless wave… Music and text intertwine to tell the gripping story of Martin Eden, Jack London's hero.
