A show to share as a family, for ages 8 to 88!
An exceptional educational rock opera that passes on French history to all our young people in a playful and entertaining way. Since its creation in 2022 by historian and teacher Dimitri Casali, HISTOROCK has been bringing French history to life on stage. Already performed in 46 towns in front of more than 25,000 young people, the show arrives for the first time at the legendary Folies Bergère theatre!
Designed for 8 to 14-year-olds as well as adults, it sings our history from the cathedrals to General de Gaulle in 20 scenes set to rock, pop, rap and classical music, along with the values of the Republic, to pass on a love of France and its culture to all our children.
A show that is at once spectacular, educational and deeply popular, supported in particular by historian Jean Tulard, member of the Institut de France.
A genuine live show with 8 musicians and actors in period costume who set the stage on fire and bring the great pages of our history to life.
History is not learned by heart, it is learned by the heart!
