LAPONIE

An adaptation by Alexandre de la Patellière and Matthieu Delaporte

Directed by: Alexandre de la Patellière and Matthieu Delaporte

Adapted from a play by Cristina Clemente and Marc Angelet

With: François-Xavier Demaison, Patrick Mille, Ophélia Kolb and Elisa Erka

It's Christmas. The snow is falling… and so are the masks.

Years after losing touch, two sisters (Ophélia Kolb and Elisa Erka) and their husbands (François-Xavier Demaison and Patrick Mille) reunite to spend Christmas Eve together in Father Christmas's homeland. But when one sister's daughter tells the other sister's son that Father Christmas doesn't exist, the evening descends into chaos. A settling of scores begins, in ugly jumpers and woollen socks.

Practical information: Access to the performance hall of the Théâtre de la Renaissance is on the SECOND floor, with NO lift.
