Mali Futur LiveRimini Protokoll / Théâtre Vidy-Lausanne / Les Praticablesthéâtre / music Salle Tardieu Estimated duration 1h30Live show streamed from Bamako with a live musician on stageShow in French and Bambara, with subtitles In direct from Mali, narrating the futureHeading to Africa, live from Bamako, where Diarrah Dembelé and Kassim Dagnogo invite us to follow them, on foot or by motorbike, on their wanderings via a live stream.

Carried along in a thrilling sequence shot, through the bubbling streets of the Malian capital, the audience experiences an extraordinary journey without leaving their seat.

Before the screen, a window onto the world, a griot acts as the link, kora and sampler in hand, inviting us to cross space and time. But instead of telling us stories of the past, he puts us in contact with the future through young emissaries, visionary reporters.

Between global warming and the energy crisis, the future does not wait and manifests itself here and there with impatience.
