Amour

Amour, Gloire et Ciment! Johanny Bertcontemporary puppetry Salle Tardieu Estimated running time 1h15In partnership with Le Mouffetard – Centre national de la Marionnette Contemporary farce for political puppets Behind the tulips and the roses, where the grass is always greener, lives a community of garden gnomes, united and joyful.

Why so much tragedy and so many political and social problems in the theatre? Here at last is an optimistic show, with daisies, sunshine and birds singing (tweet tweet). Behind the tulips and the roses, where the grass is always greener, lives a community of garden gnomes, united and joyful. Far from being merely decorative, these pop-kitsch objects are attentive to one another and convinced that every day deserves to be celebrated. Each has their own role and function, and the harmony is joyful. They look after their little world with contagious kindness. Everyone shares the same conviction: happiness grows when it is cultivated together. However, certain scenes in the show may be upsetting for viewers under 14.
