Paris 20e Nature : Le Peuple Invisible du 20e

Outdoor photo and sound exhibition on the railings of the Jardin de la Cité Aubry. Come and meet the wildlife that shares the streets of the 20th!

What if wildlife existed right here, in the heart of Paris? Through twenty large photographic panels, Thibault Noirot opens the door to a discreet Paris, the one inhabited by animals that share our streets without ever asking for a place in them.

A Eurasian wren, a Ménilmontant fox, a heron, a tawny owl at Père-Lachaise: each one a portrait of wildlife we pass by without seeing. Each panel pairs its images with a short naturalist text and, above all, a QR code giving access to a soundtrack recorded on site.

The exhibition is as much a thing to listen to as to look at: a true soundwalk through the heart of the 20th. Following its showing in the Salon d'Honneur of the Mairie du 20e, the exhibition moves outdoors onto the railings of the Jardin de la Cité Aubry.
