Paris is Magique

and STAM prod PARIS IS MAGIQUELA 1st MUSICAL COMEDY ABOUT PARIS AND THE PARISIANS Nicolas, a young Parisian doctor who has been working in Tokyo for many years, is returning to the capital for the first time with Kim, his Japanese fiancée who has never seen Paris other than in films and series.

Kim is a very sensitive girl who must avoid any form of upset. During the flight that is supposed to take them to "Paradise", Nicolas hears about the "Paris Syndrome".

This little-known medical phenomenon plunges Japanese tourists who idealise "the city of love" into deep depression as soon as they discover the reality of what the capital has become.

To protect her, Nicolas decides to lie to his beloved and reassure her in the belief that in Paris, life is beautiful.

He will transform everything that is most horrible about Paris, such as the traffic jams, the insecurity, the Parisians… the high cost of living, the rudeness, but also the Parisians… the poverty, the filth, not to mention the Parisians… into wonderful things.

For a whole weekend, he will keep reassuring her that Paris is Magique. 30pm Duration: 1h30, no interval / Numbered seating THEATRE GAITE RIVE GAUCHE 6 rue de la Gaité 75014 Paris – 01 43 22 22 19
