LES MISÉRABLES New French production Les Misérables, the legendary musical by Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg, entered legend with over 130 million spectators in nearly 500 cities worldwide since its creation in London by Cameron Mackintosh 40 years ago, where it still runs.

In 2024, Les Misérables returned home and captivated Paris again thanks to a new French production at Théâtre du Châtelet!

To serve Victor Hugo's masterpiece, Ladislas Chollat chose understated staging, faithful to the novel's spirit, to leave full space for the story, text, music, and their interpretation.

Thanks to a script specially reworked by Alain Boublil for this new production, and Claude-Michel Schönberg's score, this new production of Les Misérables has achieved tremendous success with audiences and critics, earning multiple awards, including a Molière and several Musical Comedy Trophies.

After captivating spectators throughout the 2024-2025 season, Les Misérables return from 12 November 2026 to 10 January 2027. To the people's will!
