Pomme - Tournée

At thirty, Pomme signs her fifth album, taking sole artistic direction of her record for the first time, after having shared the production of her previous opuses with Waxx, Albin de la Simone or Flavien Berger.

However, she remains supported on stage and in the studio by her accomplice musicians: Michelle Blades, Pauline Denize, Zoé Hochberg and Corentin Ollivier. The title la forteresse has inhabited her for a long time, like a double image: a place that protects as much as it encloses.

This metaphor was enriched during the filming of Peau d'homme, an adaptation of the graphic novel by Zanzim and Hubert, where Pomme plays Blanche, a young woman who cross-dresses as a man.

During this period, where she also contributed to the original soundtrack composed by Bryce Dessner (The National), she kept a double diary, her own and that of her character, from which this album was partly born.
