Overview
For a Better World is a dance piece presented as a philosophical tale told through dance, blending movement and poetry. Florence Faige and Marie Marchive are in the cast.
For a Better World presents itself as a philosophical tale told through dance, blending movement and poetry. The title raises a question about the collective future, addressed here through the language of the body rather than through speech: dance takes on a reflection on what a fairer world could be.
The cast brings together Florence Faige and Marie Marchive, in a dance piece whose narrative dimension rests on the philosophical tale that carries it. The show unfolds on stage, through a succession of danced tableaux that move the argument forward.
The show is staged at Théâtre La Croisée des Chemins, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. The venue is a concert and show hall, and its programme hosts dance, theatre and music productions.
