Overview

"Qui a peur du loup ?" is a musical, signed journey on the theme of the wolf, through tales and nursery rhymes. Imagine opening a book and diving straight into it!

Come and travel through the deep forests, where the wolf lies in wait…

A collective creation by the association Art'Sign Production: Céline Rames and David de Filippo

Performers: Val Tarrière and Bachir Saïfi

A blend of traditional tales and nursery rhymes, the show "Qui a peur du loup ?" is a musical and signed journey, performed in spoken French and French Sign Language (LSF). Words and sign language mingle, complement one another and transform, taking you on a voyage right into the heart of the tales. While Bachir Saïfi becomes a ferocious wolf or an adorable little girl, Val Tarrière brings the characters to life with the voice. Voice and chansign are perfectly in tune, to the sound of the accordion, for nursery rhymes everyone knows. They are sung along with the audience, so that children and adults can learn them in sign language. Designed for both deaf and hearing audiences, this show will delight you with its lightness, its richness and its liveliness!

Art'Sign

Art'Sign is a cultural and artistic association, founded in 2006, born from the meeting of deaf and hearing artists and audiovisual technicians. Its missions:

  • Facilitate access to culture and information in LSF: translation services, audiovisual production, digital solutions, LSF awareness, consultancy and publishing.
  • Bring deaf and hearing audiences together by organising events centred on French Sign Language.
