Renversante

By Florence Hinckel. Directed by Léna Bréban. As in Renversante, Florence Hinckel's book, director Léna Bréban unpicks the clichés of a world dominated by women.

In the society of Léa and Tom, streets and schools are named after famous women, and it is men who look after the children. The two fraternal twins therefore set out to understand why the feminine prevails over the masculine. ” explains Léna Bréban.

Full of inventiveness, humour and mockery, the play is punctuated by projections of real advertisements that ironically demonstrate male/female inequality. At the end of the show, a debate takes place between the artists and the audience.
