Dracula

Presented by LE THEATRE DU HERON. Jonathan Harker, an English estate agent, travels to Transylvania to finalise the sale of several flats in London. There he meets Count Dracula, an eccentric and pansexual vampire who has decided to leave his homeland and settle in England.

Once there, he sets his sights on the two sisters Lucy and Mina, as well as on Jonathan himself, sowing chaos among those around them. Faced with the devastation wrought by Dracula, a small team forms around Dr Van Helsing, the great specialist in supernatural creatures.

Together, they set out on the hunt... Staged for the first time in France, the play Dracula, the hilarious and terrifying parody! takes the codes of the original novel and gleefully makes them its own.

Carried by a cast of six actors playing 18 roles, the play blends parody, physical comedy and nods to pop culture in a riotously chaotic atmosphere, blurring the boundaries between the gothic 19th century and the contemporary world.

It is a theatrical celebration, joyfully irreverent, of one of the most famous heroes in literature!
