Multi-instrumentalist, composer and self-taught improviser, Argentine Manu Sija has established himself as one of the most singular voices of contemporary South American jazz.
Violin, bass, guitar, bandoneon, keyboards, percussion: virtuoso on each instrument, he builds organic soundscapes directly through live looping where Argentine folklore, modern jazz and electronic experimentation intersect.
Multi-awarded – two nominations for Gardel Awards, and the prestigious Konex which ranked him among the five best instrumentalists of the decade 2015-2025 – his music has taken him from Latin American stages to Africa, through Spain, Colombia and several mythical jazz clubs in Europe, including Le Baiser Salé in Paris.
For this exceptional evening, Manu Sija surrounds himself with two exceptional collaborators: Swiss-Argentine vibraphonist Lucas Dorado and Argentine percussionist Minino Garay.
