FUSHIGI! Improvised Stories in the Style of Miyazaki
Fushigi (adjective): wonderful, miraculous, mysterious. It's the story of a little girl and a monster. It's the story of a walking castle; of robots with a heart; of a river that forgot its name. It's a new story improvised at each show, just for you.
The comedians sculpt images with their bodies on the canvas of an empty stage, like a designer's blank sheet, before setting them in motion without knowing where they will lead.
Drawing inspiration from Hayao Miyazaki's work, they create dreamlike universes where everyday gestures are sublimated, where monsters and spirits become familiar again, observing the world without imposing morality.
