Chassés-croisés between art and life

An author persuades an actress to perform his adaptation of Anton Chekhov's The Seagull. Short of funds but not of daring, he has had to reduce his cast to two performers to stage his production, and she is not afraid of the challenge and accepts the adventure. They will sing, rehearse and, as in a Chekhov play, they will laugh, weep, talk, find one another, drift apart, catch fire…

We will witness their chassés-croisés, the incessant, organic shifts between their lack of love and their desire for the absolute, between their art and their life. The journey of two passionate artists who take on a crazy wager and pay a feverish tribute to the theatre.
