Overview
The Ballet de l'Opéra National de Bordeaux presents 4 choreographic pieces: "Hurry up, we're dreaming" by American choreographer Justin Peck sends his dancers, in trainers, into a dreamlike fresco flirting with jazz and tap dance to the electronic music of the band M83.
"Now and Now", staged by Johan Inger, explores a relationship as it moves through different stages, blending the simplicity and the complexity of relationships.
"Softly, as I leave you" brings a couple into play around a box representing the limits of our perception: the man embodies one of our most essential senses, touch, while the woman embodies the sixth sense.
"Woke up Blind" by Marco Goecke explores the turmoil of love and passion carried by the emotive voice of Jeff Buckley. The choreography delves into the depths of human emotion.
