Overview
The adaptation of Guy de Maupassant's novel, brought to life by nine actors and actresses. A dynamic staging where characters in period costumes evolve within a contemporary industrial setting. In the late 1880s, in a Paris undergoing an industrial revolution, journalism and politics intertwine. Georges Duroy, nicknamed Bel-Ami, is a very charming young man. The son of impoverished peasants, struggling to escape poverty, he will be used by many people for their own interests. Four powerful women will shape him and help him in his conquest of power. But on the path of his social ascent, the manipulated Georges Duroy, who has become the manipulator Bel-Ami, proves capable of anything. Where will he stop?
