Bord'elles en Coulisses

Four actresses are trying to put on a play, but many things are still far from ready. Lila, the director and writer, will have to summon her patience in the face of Lucie's naivety, Pauline's somewhat 'feminist' streak, and Gaby's limited talent.

The audience watches the rehearsals and thus shares in the intimacy of the actresses: their outbursts, their confidences and their sensitivity. With these women, the atmosphere is sometimes electric: there is no time to be bored!

"A woman must be attractive, that is her role!" It has been this way since the dawn of time. These four actresses tackle the delicate subject of women's desirability with humour and lightness, provoking roars of laughter while giving rise to some deeper reflections.

A fine tribute to women! And a wink to men! One play, four women, one joyful mess!
