For 1h30, 6 parent-and-child duos aged 4 to 6 are invited to dance, play, invent and share a sensitive and joyful moment around movement.

This inclusive workshop welcomes children with and without disabilities, in a spirit of encounter, mixing and discovering the other through dance.

Together, parents and children can experience the joy of movement, develop their imagination, strengthen their bond and enjoy a joyful, accessible physical experience for everyone. No prior experience needed: come as you are, with the desire to move and connect.

Julie is a dance therapist, a practitioner in artistic mediation, and a facilitator of body expression workshops for families.

Through a sensitive, playful and creative approach, she guides children and adults alike through a special shared moment, exploring the connection to oneself, to others and to the body in motion, in an adapted and safe setting. Her approach is rooted in dance therapy.

She links danced movement, physical awakening and play, in the service of the parent-child relationship, shared pleasure and creativity in motion.

The child's overall development is supported through danced play, and parents experience movement as a mode of expression, presence and connection.
