Kasbah présente DarDar (live) All Night Long

Kasbah presents DarDar (live) Friday 9 October - 22:30 Le Makeda, 103 rue Ferrari, 13005 Marseille DAR - in Arabic (دار), means "house", "home" or a living space. For this night, Kasbah transforms the dancefloor into a creative space centred around House Music.

Throughout an All Night Long set, he will be joined by two traditional musicians from the Arab world, invited to improvise freely as the set unfolds. An encounter between House Music, traditional music and improvisation, where each musician becomes an integral part of the home.

📀 Nadir (KasbaH) Kasbah is a DJ and producer, co-founder of the Musique de Fëte label with Nowadays Records. Backed by solid clubbing experience, both as a DJ and an organiser, he offers a style ranging from house to techno.

His sets are deep, organic, percussive and spellbinding all at once, taking the audience on a unique musical journey while infusing his North African origins and exploring textures and inspirations from the rest of the world.

si=74494fa86a404718 Wadee Wadee Alkhouri was born in Damascus in 1992. A Syrian artist, he blends rap, slam and dance in a powerful and holistic artistic approach.

Initially a dancer at the Damascus ballet, then a writer, then a composer, Wadee sets himself apart through his many collaborations. Over time, his flagship project combining sound and movement took shape.

With his arrival in France in 2022, his artistic universe took on a new dimension. He creates a unique fusion between rap, traditional Middle Eastern music and dabkeh. His style emerges, finely blending heritage and modernity.
