Overview
Parisian biodiversity is revealed at Parc Montsouris through these photos taken by Parisian residents.
In spring 2025, the City of Paris launched an Instagram photo contest on the theme "Wild nature in the city", inviting Parisians to capture the flora and fauna inhabiting their urban environment. This exhibition presents the shots of the 10 winners.
It reveals the often-overlooked richness of Parisian biodiversity. Did you know that more than 3,400 wild species live in Paris, including 169 protected ones? The exhibition can be seen on the gates of Parc Montsouris until September 16; Credits: DEVE / City of Paris
