Dolto, Lorsque Françoise Paraît

A biography with a fresh and sensitive eye. Paris. 1916. At the age of 8, Françoise has a revelation: when she grows up, she will be an educational doctor! Nobody takes her seriously. Especially not her mother, frightened by this child with such free thinking. But Françoise is not alone: her Guardian Angel watches over her and supports her through all the trials of her childhood. These trials we relive with them, tracing back the origins of Françoise Dolto's thinking, and following her childlike gaze, at once so naive and so clear-sighted… A funny and tender investigation into the woman who revolutionised our relationship with childhood!
