François Mallet

In this one-man show that is both funny and sensitive, François Mallet unflinchingly shares his victories and defeats around the still taboo subject of mental health.

With a keen sense of self-deprecation and disarming sincerity, he performs these whirlwind moments of life for us and creates characters brimming with love and truth.

Bipolar, gay and a figure skater: suffice it to say that had François been born in the United States, he would have long since become an icon, with a comedy show on ice and Céline Dion opening. In the meantime, he is performing Heureux soient les fêlés, a show that shakes things up and shines as brightly as Vegas.

Press reviews“Slick staging, choreography full of poetry... with this show, he steps straight into the big leagues of comedy. TTT” - TÉLÉRAMA“In his energetic one-man show, the young man reveals himself without modesty and with humour, his bipolarity serving as the common thread (…), making us both smile and think” - CAUSETTE“A joyful surprise in a comedy world often moulded around a handful of themes supposed to speak to everyone (…) This sincere approach gives its funny and intelligent adventure all its strength” - TÊTU“Sunny (…) a funny and touching one-man show” - LE PARISIEN From age 13
