Franjo

Franjo takes to the stage at the Red Comedy Club for an incisive one-man show that dissects the everyday foibles of modern life.

The Red Comedy Club hosts the show by Franjo, a rising figure of French stand-up, for a run of performances devoted to observational comedy. In this artistic proposal, the comedian casts an unsparing eye on contemporary society, sketching familiar characters and absurd situations with a sharp gift for the well-turned line. The staging is stripped back, placing the emphasis on the writing and the acting, and relies entirely on the spontaneity of its exchanges with the audience.

This one-man show is aimed at stand-up enthusiasts looking for direct, rhythmic entertainment, delivered in a deceptively nonchalant style. The audience takes its seats in the room at the Red Comedy Club, an intimate performance space that fosters closeness between the artist and the spectators. The whole makes for an accessible comedy evening, ideal for discovering the new dynamics of live humour on Parisian stages.
