For 20 years now, Hervé Salters, aka General Elektriks, has been upending the theories of musical relativity while getting crowds moving. Six albums to his name, including Good City for Dreamers (gold record), carried by the famous Raid the Radio. He returns with a seventh opus, announced for January 2027, whose first single, With You, is already out.
Nourished by great African-American music (funk, soul, hip-hop, jazz) and by his outstanding keyboard playing, General Elektriks' unique alchemy becomes a machine of war on stage. With Jessie Chaton (bass), Guillaume Lantonnet (drums, vibraphone), Toma Milteau (drums, MPC), and Eric Starczan (guitar), Salters rearranges his tracks to deliver an authentic live show. No laptops in sight, just pure, unfiltered live energy, to deliver a personal and modern soul funk.
