Overview
Founded in 1990, the group is today the most active of its kind, with liturgical singing thriving since the late 1990s. Some members are of African origin, others come from the Antilles and the United States. The Gospel Dream choir is a mixed and cosmopolitan ensemble of Black singers and musicians, bringing together 10 to 12 choristers and 1 pianist.
On stage, the choir radiates joie de vivre, with voices that range across every shade, from whispers to improvised vocal runs. Their concert is designed to let the audience take part, bear witness and share a hymn to love.
