Ice Nine Kills

Ice Nine Kills unleashes casual carnage with a conspiratorial grin, as evidenced by the wickedly catchy songs from its two flagship albums, “The Silver Scream” and “The Silver Scream 2: Welcome to Horrorwood”, including the gold-certified single “A Grave Mistake”; “A Work of Art” (the official title of Terrifier 3, the highest-grossing unrated film of all time); the gripping and melodic “The Great Unknown”; “The Laugh Track”, a deliciously murderous tribute to Jack Nicholson’s Joker; and “Twisting the Knife”, featuring Mckenna Grace, which can be heard over the end credits of Scream 7 in 2026.

The INKverse comprises a series of high-concept cinematic videos, the Psychos Only club, two faux true crime books, the Inked in Blood graphic novels, the monthly “Nightmare on the 9th” merchandise releases, and the annual Silver Scream convention in Worcester, Massachusetts, not far from the North Shore region where Ice Nine Kills was born.

2026 marks the 20th anniversary of Ice Nine Kills’ very first album. Led by Spencer Charnas, the internationally renowned band blends extreme metal with melody. It has toured with Slipknot and was handpicked by Metallica for the M72 World Tour (2022 – 2025).

The horror community that Spencer has always loved has in turn embraced his band, as shown by collaborations with major franchises and a presence at Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights.

In 2025, Spencer launched the Pretty Evil personal care line and revealed that he had co-written, with Paul Soter (Super Troopers), The Slashin’ of the Christ, an upcoming feature film produced by Greg Nicotero (The Walking Dead) and Brian Witten (Final Destination).

The cinematic video inspired by The Matrix for “The Great Unknown” further developed the constantly evolving narrative universe of INK.
