Feeling too constrained in her young executive suits, Imen decided to ditch her media consultant attire and endless meetings for the stage! She swapped briefings for the microphone, open-plan offices for Comedy Clubs. It was at the Gotham Comedy Club, right in the heart of Manhattan, that she took her first steps on stage. Nothing less than New York to dare her new beginning. Imen is an explorer of what she calls “contrasted Frenchness”. She is a lover of travel. Each destination is a source of inspiration, each encounter — even the most anodyne — transforms into a funny anecdote. Her humour reflects her personality: subtle, audacious, and contemporary. Her show, “d'origine (in)controlée”, is a funny, sincere, and unfiltered logbook, chronicling her escapades and her dazzling career change. After a few try-out performances at Le Boui-Boui in Lyon, she is now settling in at Le Point-Virgule in Paris. Genre: Stand Up
