Joe Bel

They say the voice is a mirror of the soul. And there is melancholy and sunshine, assurance and gentleness in that of songwriter Joe Bel: born into a cosmopolitan family, she grew up through her travels between the French Alps, where she was born, the Mediterranean Sea, on which her seafaring parents took her with them for almost a year during her childhood, and North America, within her family, which has been immigrant from Greece and Turkey for several generations on the East Coast of the United States.

Singer-songwriter Cara Rose continues her meteoric rise on the live circuit with her sixth European tour in 18 months. After playing to packed houses in Glasgow, her hometown, and across the United Kingdom, Cara is now captivating European audiences with her direct, passionate and perceptive lyrics. Following sold-out concerts in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, France and the Netherlands, Cara will present her powerful show in new cities in November 2025.
