And there is melancholy and sunshine, assurance and gentleness in that of songwriter Joe Bel: born of a cosmopolitan family, she grows up through her experiences of travel between the French Alps (where she was born), the Mediterranean Sea, on which her navigator parents embarked her with them in her childhood for almost a year, and North America, within her family immigrated from Greece and Turkey for several generations on the east coast of the United States.

Singer-songwriter-interpreter Cara Rose continues her meteoric rise on the circuit with her sixth European tour in 18 months.
